Employees - ANSI
does not use non-employees to reduce costs. Contractors using non-employees to cut costs, cannot control the their “worker’s”, the work site, or how they do the job. This exposes the building to damage and puts the building occupants, management and owners at risk. For your protection, all ANSI employees are fully trained, drug tested, and fully insured. ANSI employees participate in the mandatory ANSI Safety Certification and OSHA Safety Training programs, and ANSI employees receive formal training in customer relations, at least twice a year.
Safety - Supervised employees with specialized training, a written work plan, written job instructions specific to your building, and daily and weekly written job site inspections assure the highest safety compliance in the industry. Copies of the inspection reports are available to the Property Manager, for their property.
