An open letter to the employees, customers, suppliers and friends of ANSI from the executive officers of American National Skyline, Inc:

American National Skyline, Inc. has recently developed an environmental sustainability policy that is based on realistic and attainable goals. We will be implementing these goals immediately and striving for compliance by the end of 2015. We are stewards of this planet and it is our intent that all ANSI employees will participate to the fullest level. It is our hope the awareness we create among our employees will carry over from the workplace to home life. We realize that even these small processes directed by the company when followed by each employee can provide a significant positive impact over time.

Environmental Sustainability Policy for American National Skyline, Inc.

ANSI will participate in a program to recycle paper, cardboard, plastic and aluminum products that we dispose of on a daily basis. The purchase of recyclable office supplies and window washing supplies and equipment will be given priority. At our company owned properties energy control measures are implemented for heating, cooling and lighting. At leased properties our landlords are encouraged to participate in providing such measures.

The storage of chemicals will follow the manufacturer's recommended procedures and steps will be taken to contain and properly clean any chemical leaks or spills. Partially used chemical containers for singular use will be properly disposed of following the completion of the job for which they were intended. Disposal of all empty or no longer used chemical containers will follow manufacturer's recommendations or local regulations.

As primarily a window washing company we realize that water usage is a necessary component to complete our work. Our work may create opportunities for water to be absorbed through the ground or entered into the drainage system. It is our intent to use products or processes with chemicals that provide minimal if any, environmental impact to the surrounding area. Alternative cleaning methods which use soft water only shall be used whenever feasible.

ANSI will create an annual report each January which will document the progress to meeting the above goals and affirming new goals and/or reaffirming the previous year's goals.

Thank you in advance to each and everyone of you for your participation and cooperation to help meet the short and long term goals of the above policy. Working together we can make a difference.
